State Bar Court Reporter
The State Bar Court Reporter was first published in 1990 and is comprised of opinions published by the Review Department, along with a Digest and Supplement. Formerly available only by subscription, all volumes of the Reporter are now available in digital format, without subscription, linked below. The State Bar Court Reporter content is periodically updated and revised.
Beginning in 2024, State Bar Court Reporter opinions no longer include headnotes. Consequently, the State Bar Court Reporter Digest and Supplement will receive no further updates – though copies of these resources remain accessible on the State Bar Court website.
