Prohibition on Recording

Pursuant to Rule 5.16 of the Rules of Procedure of the State Bar Court, no electronic recording, video, still
photography or audio capture of a court proceeding is allowed without a written order of the court. The
prohibition on recording includes any recording of a live stream of a proceeding.

* Pursuant to rule 5.9 of the Rules of Procedure of the State Bar, these hearings are determined by the court to be
confidential. There is no public access to these hearings.
